We love these bagels! We probably come and eat breakfast here at least once a week.
Bagels are great, fast service, and good coffee.
Make sure to have cash or at least your debit card to use the atm machine. -

Ultimate joke of an establishment. The bagels are OK, but the customer service and just general apathetic, nickel and dime attitude of the whole place is off-putting.
Funny story: I ordered three bagels and three coffees. I pulled my credit card out, and she says it's cash only. I said "forget it I don't have cash," and then MAGICALLY, she was able to accept my credit card. Such a scam. It's also worth noting that they have no signage indicating it's cash only.
I paid 50 cents extra for almond milk, and they gave me this disgusting almond water garbage that was definitely NOT almond milk. They also use Crest Toothpaste advertisements on their coffee sleeves. You guys really that cheap you can't pay for normal coffee sleeves? I don't wanna advertise Crest all day on my coffee.
Skip this place. -

Bottom line: Decent place for a casual bagel and cream cheese and cup of coffee if you're in the Court House neighborhood. Cash only.
Inside the shop: It looks tiny from the outside but there is actually a decent amount of seating on the inside in addition to the the outdoor patio seats.
Bagels and more: They make their bagels in-house and have many cool flavors of cream cheese. They also have sandwiches and salads. I had a whole wheat everything bagel with chive cream cheese. The chive cream cheese was awesome and you can't go wrong with avocado. I unfortunately found a hair in my bagel - first they thought it was from a cooking brush but on closer inspection it was clearly a human hair. They promptly replaced the full bagel for me (the second one was actually better so yay). They also offered me a complimentary cookie or beverage, which was really nice of them. Sometimes hair happens in food - to me it's most important how a restaurant handles it, and they handled it well. My partner got the ALT bagel (avocado, lettuce, and tomato) with a fried egg. We both agreed next time adding cheese would bring it to the next level, but it was decent.
***note: if you like a really toasty bagel, ask for that since ours were very lightly toasted
Coffee: They serve La Colombe coffee! Cold brew was excellent. -

Really disappointed. We used to come here all the time but today was the last time. Their bagels were stale and my husband ordered a egg white and avocado bagel with skinny wheat bagel and they did not put the avocado and charged him. They are always in a rush to get to the next person so not a surprise they didn't give him what he asked for. We realized this by the time we got home since there is no umbrellas in the front like all surrounding restaurants, we weren't able to enjoy our food there in the 95 degree weather.
Oh yeah and if you don't have cash forget it. 2019 and we're still a cash only restaurant? Lol.. -

Crowded Sunday morning, but the line went fast. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheddar on Asiago. Now I like my bacon crispy, but this bacon was TOO crispy. I saw a huge pile of bacon on the griddle being cooked and flipped until it started to fall apart, and that's exactly what I found on my bagel. It was like a bacon bit and cheddar omelet. I think I would rather have my bacon intact. I was a fan of the Asiago bagel but wish it had been more toasted.
